FREX ALL-PURPOSE POTATO
The FREX all-purpose potato (Soraya) is in many ways like the FREX waxy potato, but even more firm. The potato stays naturally sturdy, without crumbling easily. This potato is especially suitable for boiling, roasting, fondant potatoes or in soups. This potato is also excellent for for deep-frying.
FREX WAXY POTATO
The waxy FREX potato (Annabella) is a firm, but still floury potato. The waxy FREX potato is ideal for boiling and for use in salads, casseroles, or gratins. The potato holds its moisture well and is therefore suitable for savoury pies and baked dishes.
Frex beets are grown using the same carbon-negative production method as Frex potatoes.
Their texture is firm, juicy and crisp, the taste is fresh and sweet and they lack the aftertaste of iron and soil. Due to their sweetness, they are also suitable for making desserts.
FREX PREMIUM WHITE EGGS
The FREX egg is purely appetizing and rich in nutrients. The savory taste of good eggs comes from high-quality chicken feed. In our special chicken feed, we use the same ingredients on which chickens were fed before the invention of intensive production.
Our chicken feed consists of local oats, wheat, hemp, peas, carrots and camelina. Maize provides the finishing touch.
Our chicken feed contains no fishmeal or soybeans, and they are salmonella-free.
